Symbolism in the piece:-
•The sky shows the clearing after a storm. Light is coming through.
This is a reminder that all storms eventually pass.
•Sunrise/sunset symbolizes a new day. And "each day his mercies are new "(lamentations 3:23)
Jeremiah 17:7-8
7 "But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
•The dandelion:
1. Resilience and Perseverance:
- Dandelions are known for their ability to grow in difficult conditions, like cracks in pavement or alongside highways, making them a symbol of perseverance and the ability to thrive even in harsh environments.
- They can regrow even from small root fragments, further reinforcing their resilience.
2. Hope and Renewal:
- The dandelion's bright yellow flower and the way it disperses its seeds have led to its association with hope and new beginnings.
- The seeds, carried on the wind, symbolize dreams and aspirations that can take root and bloom in new places.
3. Emotional Healing:
- Dandelions are linked to emotional healing and the ability to overcome loss or change.
- Their ability to survive hardship and re-bloom can be seen as a metaphor for resilience in the face of adversity.
•Water reflections symbolize self reflection, awareness
